OUR TEAM
DANIEL OKIN MRICS
Daniel is a qualified chartered surveyor with fifteen years of UK CRE experience. Having qualified at Deloitte during the GFC, Daniel developed an early understanding of the cyclical nature of CRE performance. Following this, Daniel was involved in setting up and building Square Metre Asset Management a successful JV operating partner to Goldman Sachs. At Square Metre, Daniel initially ran the asset management operations, moving onto a head of acquisition, successfully overseeing the acquisition, management and exit of over £1bn of UK CRE across all core asset classes and UK geographies. Daniel then went on to set up and successfully run Eve Capital Partners a JV with GeraldEve LLP. At Eve Capital Partners, Daniel built an institutional investment and asset management platform with c.£500m AUM. Daniel currently oversees the investment and asset management strategy of the Harmsworth Pension Fund and CGIS portfolio totalling c.£250 AUM.
GEORGE COLLINS
George has 13 years of UK CRE experience, starting in Central London office leasing with major landlords and estates. He spent five years at ADS Real Estate, advising institutional and private capital on transactions across all sectors. In 2019, George launched his own consultancy, advising on £215m of deals, and in 2023, became a consultant for a UK property firm with £300m AUM. Alongside Daniel Okin, he oversees the investment strategy and asset management of the CGIS portfolio.
